We've created a couple helpful tools to make you participation in the show as simple as possible.
The below Checklist helps you stay on top of key supplier deadlines, while the Supplier Cheat Sheet provides all the contact information you need, along with the relevant order forms and booking links.
You will receive an email from MICROSPEC with your login credentials and instructions to register your booth staff.

For shipments arriving Tuesday, March 30th - 9:00am to 5:00pm
All deliveries must be cosigned in the following manner:

Please Note: Shipments to Espace Saint-Hyacinthe must be prepaid and scheduled to arrive no earlier than 9am, Tuesday, March 30th. Collect shipments or those arriving prior to March 30th will not be accepted by facility staff.
Advance Wharehouse Shipments
For shipments arriving March 2 to March 16, 2027 (fees applicable).
Please reach out to Tessier Services d'Expositions directly at mireille@brunotessier.com to order this service and to receive the advanced warehousing address for your shipment. This service must be paid for directly to the supplier, and shipment will be held until payment is received.

As an exhibitor, you have a basic listing live on the website, and now you can Enhance It! This is included in the contracted space cost and is no additional charge.
You will receive an automated email providing a link to enhance your listing. This link gives you the flexibility to make updates and changes to your listing as frequently as you like.

If you need assistance before, during, or after the show, please contact a member of the show team. Show personnel will maintain a show office and show personnel will be available on the floor during move-in, all show hours and move-out.

SCAM WARNING
There have been a number of spam emails offering our attendee lists. These are scams and the senders are unauthorized to use the Marketplace Events’ name. These scammers are attempting to receive monies from exhibiting companies without providing anything in return. These emails are not approved by Marketplace Events, and Marketplace Events would never ask for bank information or other sensitive information over email.

- Hotel bookings
